I am having trouble accessing my account.
First click the top right options and go to “Login”. Click “Forgot Password” and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If the issue persists please email firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to change my login email, how do I do that?
Click the top right options and go to “My Account”. From there you can edit any part of your profile including address, login email, and PayPal email.
Another user asked if we can complete our transaction off-site, is this safe?
We do not suggest this as it is not safe. We are only able to assist with transactions through Take It Like A Fan.
How do I get paid?
We use PayPal to process payments (be sure to have that filled in your account info). Potential buyers may ask questions before buying. If your item is purchased the buyer will be redirected to PayPal to complete the purchase. After sending payment the buyer will send you a message with their shipping address.
Where do the funds go when I sell an item?
You will immediately receive money in your PayPal account after a buyer purchases your item.
I have sold an item, what next?
After a user purchases your item, you will be sent an automated message with the buyer’s shipping information. Make sure you ship in a timely manner with a tracking number to receive PayPal protection.
